All of our services are tailored to your pets’ specific needs, so you can book them individually or combine multiple services for each visit, and can book a one-off visit, short term care, or block book long term care.

We are experienced in caring for a wide range of animals, so we welcome requests from households with multiple different pets, and pets with complicated needs. For more information on our experience with your particular animals, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

New Client Consultations

Before we can start taking care of your pets, we will provide a free consultation for all new clients (and existing clients with a new addition to the family if required). This is a good opportunity for you and your pets to get to know us, to see if we are a good fit, and for us to better understand your pets’ routines, requirements and personalities.

Consultations usually take place in person so that your pets can meet us properly, but can also be done via video chat where appropriate (eg. fish, reptile, home or plant care), and usually last for around 30 – 40 minutes.

Home & Stable Drop-ins

Our home and stable visits vary greatly between households, as no two pets are the same. We welcome all kinds of requests, and aim to match your pet’s regular care as closely as possible, so that they can stay home with minimal disruption to their routine.

Some examples of the services we can provide include (but are not limited to) toilet breaks, litter/enclosure cleaning, feeding, grooming, medication, play and TLC. For those with horses or livestock, we can also provide all general yard duties, and stand in for vet/farrier/physio visits.

Dog Walks

We specialise in one-to-one and same-household walks (up to four). This means that your dog sets the pace and gets our undivided attention, with walks that cater to their needs. It also means less time in the car, and more time for fun! Our walks are best suited to dogs who are:

  • young, elderly or disabled and need a slower pace or extra mental enrichment
  • energetic or boisterous and need a faster pace or extra attention
  • nervous, reactive, working on behavioural issues, or otherwise not currently suited to group walks.

Horse Exercise

If you are unable to exercise your horse or pony for any reason, we can provide:

  • lunge/longline and other groundwork
  • hacking and schooling (available for horses and ponies over 13hh and 300kg)
Catriona is a certified BGA freelancer, and is confident and experienced with a variety of different horses, ponies, and other equines.

Home & Plant Care

We can also take care of your home while you’re away! When you go away for a longer period of time, we will turn lights on and off, and open and close curtains in different rooms so that your home will appear occupied.

We can also collect your mail in a safe place, take care of your garden and houseplants, keep your home clean and tidy, and put out your bins for collection day.

Just let us know what you would like to include when you book!

We know the struggle of finding affordable care for a big pet family, which is why with us you only pay for the amount of time you would like us to spend with them. NOT per pet!

Our only exception: Dog walking for 2 or more dogs will have a small additional charge of £3 per additional dog, per hour.

There is a £5 surcharge per visit for all bookings requested for out of hours (before  8AM and after 5PM Mon-Fri, all day Sat-Sun).

There is a £10 surcharge per visit for all bookings requested on the following days: December 24th, 25th & 26th, and January 1st & 2nd.

With our Refer-A-Friend discount, both you and your friend will each receive £10 account credit when your friend makes their first booking. (subject to initial consultation)

Simply tell your friends about our fantastic services, and ask them to reference your name during registration.

Absolutely! We’re huge fans of exotic pets too, and have experience with a range of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, mammals and birds.

Have something that’s extra unusual? Give us a call to discuss whether our services are suited to your needs.

Please Note: Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept bookings for any avian species. However, we do hope to accept these requests in the near future.

No,  unfortunately this service is not currently offered.

Dogs will never be walked off-lead without your prior written consent, and only when it is deemed safe to do so. New dogs will always be walked on-lead with recall practice until we can determine whether or not off-lead walking is appropriate.

Yes. However, they will be restricted to lead walks only for their own safety and the safety of others.

We will also adjust our routes accordingly to avoid contact with other dogs.

Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your plans so that we can plan accordingly. If we are too busy to continue caring for your pets ourselves, we ask your emergency contact to take over their care. We will never leave your pets without care.

Any additional visits will be charged at the standard rate and will be payable on your return.

Please call us ASAP on 07510071837 and we will do our best to book you in, even at short notice. However, please note that this may not be possible with less that 24 hours notice and/or if you have not used our services in the past.

Please call us on 07510071837 and we will be happy to answer them.
